2:15 PM - 3:15 PM
API Mental Health in the Workplace - 1 CPE Credit for in person attendees
The API community faces mental health challenges including cultural bias, barriers to seeking help, and the model minority myth. Join a discussion on the results for new research from the Ascend Foundation on mental health of API professionals, how employees can focus on wellbeing for themselves and others, as well as how executives can champion wellbeing not just for their employees, but also as a strategic business advantage.
3:25 PM - 4:25 PM
Allyship – Promoting Diverse Perspectives in your Teams – 1 CPE Credit for in person attendees
Join the discussion with the Atlanta Chapter Presidents of ALPFA, NABA, and Ascend. Cultivating allyship in the workplace can promote strong company culture and trust. In addition, we often think we need someone who shares a similar background to be a mentor or sponsor, but we often see allies as the strongest mentors and sponsors of diverse professionals. In this session we will learn what is allyship, learn ways to promote allyship in our workplace, and understand how allyship can be a critical advantage in business.
4:30 PM - 5:15 PM
Fireside Chat with a Coca-Cola Executive

Listen to insights from a proven leader as we chat with an executive at The Coca-Cola Company.
