Sid has 24 years of Management Consulting experience. Sid leads few key relationships with Retail &Travel Industry Clients at IBM . Before Joining IBM he has served as a Vice President for Accenture and also held multiple roles in large consulting firms. He has led & executed Transformation, Strategy, Machine Learning , Robotics & Blockchain initiatives with many clients.

He has worked with clients in 29 countries helping ’ C-Suite as an Advisor and helped them execute large transformation projects across Business Operations .

Sid has participated in various panel discussions & industry forums and has written white papers on Business Transformation.

Sid has done his MBA from University of Poona in India and Completed Leadership & Strategy program from Wharton Business School at University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Practitioner of Design Thinking & Agile Methods from IBM .

Sid is a volunteer with “American Corporate Partners” and Mentor Veterans on Higher education and Corporate Jobs and culture.

Sid lives in Atlanta with his Wife and a Golden retriever “ Magic “ . His son is a Senior in University of Georgia.

Meet Palak Shah!

Palak Shah is a 15+ year professional with 13+ years as an IT recruiting leader. He recently left his successful corporate IT recruiting career at EY to launch his own Data Science & Analytics Recruiting Practice in cooperation with TEEMA Solutions Group.  In his private life, Palak and his wife have two amazing, rambunctious daughters and live in Cumming, GA. He is deeply passionate about self-development and has taught and coached others on Eastern metaphysics, personal and professional growth and transformation over the last 15+ years.

Meet Joel Koh!

Joel Koh started his career at GE Capital in process improvement as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.  Over the last 20 years, he has helped grow and improve companies in the financial services and IT industries.  Today, he leads Problem Management at Chick-fil-A.  He has mentored and coached dozens of young managers, professionals, college students, and entrepreneurs.  He is on the leadership team at Faith Bible Church in Sharpsburg and on the board of directors of Amiela, a non-profit organization.

Meet Mohammad Azam

Vice President, Corporate Internal Audit and Compliance & Ethics

Mohammad (Mo) Azam is the Chief Audit & Compliance Executive of UPS.  In his current role, Mo is responsible for global audit, compliance and ethics related activities for UPS. He also oversees the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Privacy process for UPS. As the Chief Audit & Compliance Executive of UPS, Mo reports administratively to Norm Brother, Chief Legal Officer of UPS, and functionally to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

Prior to his current role, Mo was the Global Financial Process Controller with responsibilities to develop and manage global shared services for financial processes at UPS. He started his career with UPS as Global Controller for Supply Chain Solutions.

Prior to joining UPS, Mo was the Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Mellon Bank’s leasing group.  Mo has held senior finance positions with several large multi-national organizations including Ford Motor Company, Dole Packaged Foods and Sega Internet Games. He obtained his public accounting experience working for KPMG.

Mo also taught both graduate and undergraduate Finance and Accounting courses as an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University in California between 1991 and 1999.

Mo received his bachelor’s in Accounting and MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of California, and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He is also a member of the Board of Governors of IIA Atlanta Chapter.

Meet Lo Li

Senior Vice President, CIO of Global Consumer Solutions at Equifax

Lo Li is the Senior Vice President, CIO of Global Consumer Solutions at Equifax. She has spent the past two decades leading global multi-billion dollar corporations for some of the world’s most renowned hospitality and retail brands in the world, working with hundreds of teams dispersed in the UK, China, Singapore and India. Some of her work includes the creation for dynamic pricing and predictive analytics engines for all of IHG’s 5000 global hotels, scaling big data and Agile to enable business transformation at large retailers including a double digit growth plan for SPANX’s digital and international presence.

She brings a deep understanding of how to translate corporate visions and strategies into simple, elegant solutions – using her international business acumen and technology background as both a business enabler and a competitive differentiator.

Lo Li is multi-lingual – fluent in Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish, English, is the recipient of several industry accolades and serves on the Board of Directors for several national non-profit organizations. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Georgia.
